The development of a method for improving the electrical connection properties of the surface of a product made from a polymer-matrix composite: The technological process for treatment of polymer matrix composites, which has been protected by international patent (EP 1828434), has been successfully transferred in a massive production of composite commutators at the company Kolektor Group, Idrija, Slovenia. For over 6 years, serial production is going on at the extent of more than 60 million pieces annually, resource dateing about 40 percent of world market in this segment.
