The 10^th International Conference on Plasma Medicine (ICPM10), together with 9^th International Workshop on Plasma for Cancer Treatment (IWPCT) will be held in Portorož, Slovenia, from Sep. 8^th to Sep. 13^th 2024. It will be an on-site conference in LifeClass Hotels & Spa Portorož (Hotels Slovenia ⁵*, Riviera ⁴*, Grand Hotel Portorož ⁴*), in the Portorož downtown area on the beach. 

As in previous editions of the conference, the ICPM will bring together professionals from the fields of plasma, medicine, biology and biochemistry in order to develop a common language, to better define key challenges and open questions and to move toward effective solutions. This time it will be organized jointly with IWPCT covering plasma for cancer therapy on Monday, Sep. 9^th. 

Prior to the conference, the traditional Summer School will take place, starting on the weekend, Sunday, Sep. 8^th, and going through mornings from Monday, Sep. 9^th to Wednesday, Sep. 11^th. Registrations for the summer school will be conducted separately from the registrations for the conference.

Travel and Venue  

The conference is taking place in the Portorož – a conference centre LifeClass Hotels & Spa Portorož.  Transport to downtown and hotels from neighbouring airports Trieste (1h), Pula (1h), Ljubljana (1h20min), Venice Marco Polo or Venice Treviso (2h), Zagreb (2h50min) can be done by public transport or prearranged shuttle transport. Click here – How to get there?
